Rosaine is a nightborne of Suramar City and a talented harpist.

Background

After finishing their business with Vanthir and about to activate the teleporter beacon at the Waning Crescent, the adventurer is approached by Rosaine, asking to go with them to escape Elisande's growing insanity and hopefully find more people to play her harp for as her talent is no longer wanted in the city. Rosaine steps through the portal and into Shal'Aran.^[1]

As the refuge is being cleaned up, when there is sufficient space she can be found in the south alcove of the sanctuary, playing her harp for refugees.
