Deline is a nightborne elf and friend of Vanthir who owns and operates a small delivery service out of her gondola in Suramar City.
Background
Vanthir sends the adventurer to the way of Deline, who operates a gondola that transports reserves of arcwine from other parts of the city to the Evermoon Commons and The Waning Crescent.[1] Vanthir also asks that Deline, and the people she is passing out arcwine to, be protected from Elisande's forces.[2]
During the insurrection, Deline responds to Silgryn's firework signal and picks him up alongside the adventurer and a few survivors, taking the civilians out of the city after dropping the fighters off at Evermoon Terrace.[3] Later she helps Silgryn, Arluelle, and Victoire tail a ship the adventurer is on to Felsoul Advance and rescue prisoners held there.[4]
