Meeki is a dead vulpera lying on the southernmost pier in the Port of Zem'lan in Vol'dun. He was a scout from Camp Lastwind who snuck into Zem'lan in order to figure out a route for Camp Lastwind's vulpera to steal the port's treasure, but he was evidently killed by the port's residents.[1]
