Lightsong

Lightsong is a small night elf settlement in southern Val'sharah, southwest of the Moonclaw Vale and just east of the road to Azsuna.^[59, 84]

It has an inn with an innkeeper and a moonwell outside, where Guviena Bladesong gives the quests  [10-45] Where the Wildkin Are and  [10-45] Emerald Sisters.
