Lakali is the loa of knowledge, whose soul slumbers inside a wildseed at Tirna Scithe. The gorm matriarch Tred'ova tried to consume Lakali's power and wisdom, increasing her own intelligence in the process, until she was killed by Maw Walkers. Afterward, Droman Oulfarran stated that Lakali's soul was still intact and would heal with time.[1]
One of the items Tred'ova drops is called 
[Lakali's Spire of Knowledge].
