Khan Hratha is the khan of the Maraudine centaur. He spawns to defend the Maraudine War Horn in the Valley of Spears in Desolace during the quest 
[42] Khan Hratha/ [42] Khan Hratha, and is accompanied by a Maraudine Khan Guard and a Maraudine Khan Advisor.
Both Uthek the Wise and Warug want a key fragment carried by Hratha.
Abilities
Battle Shout — Increases the melee attack power of nearby party members by 4 for 2 min.
Cleave — Inflicts 110% of normal melee damage to an enemy and its nearest ally.
