[Unidentified Plant Parts] as well. - Felweed is sold by Dealer Digriz in a limited supply (2) in the Netherstorm.
- Felweed is sold by Dealer Sadaqat in a limited supply (3) in the Netherstorm.
- Felweed can apparently also be used as a narcotic when chewed, revealed in The Fate of Apprentice Argoly.

Considering that much of Outland was corrupted by Fel Magic, it could be assumed that Felweed was originally 
[Fireweed] (or less-likely 
[Frostweed]) that got corrupted by demonic influence.
