Fel Lotus does not have any nodes of its own, but has a small chance to be found with any other herb in Outland, similar to the way [Swiftthistle] is found with [Briarthorn], or [Eternium Ore] is found in any Outland mining node.

Fel Lotus cannot be farmed in the traditional sense, and therefore is in substantial demand.

Patch 3.3.0 (2009-12-08): Now uncommon up from common.
Patch 2.4.0 (2008-03-25): increased the chance that Fel Lotus will drop from [Felweed], [Dreaming Glory], [Ragveil], and Flame Caps in Outland.
Patch 2.1.0 (2007-05-22): increased the chance that Fel Lotus will drop from any of the Outland Plants.
