This pet is available from the Blizzard Shop or the In-Game Store for $10 or €10. It was released on 3 December 2019.^[1]

It will no longer be available for purchase on 17 September 2023 with no indication on when it will be available again.^[2]

• Dottie is the 2019 charity pet. From December 3 through December 31, 100% of the purchase price (less any chargebacks, refund and VAT or other similar taxes paid) will be donated to Make-A-Wish Foundation and WE.org.^[1]
• Dottie's name is a combination of Meerah's alpacas Dolly and Dot.
