Mr. Rollo is a character from PopPixie and Lockette's boss.
Appearance
Rollo has light complexion, dark blue eyes, and light blonde hair in a tuft at the front and a long mustache. He wears a dark blue tuxedo with light blue shirt, amaranth bow tie and belt.
Pam's Haircut
Because of Pam, Rollo temporarily has something resembling a mohawk.
Personality
Despite his elegance and pompous tone, Mr. Rollo is a portrait of anxiety; the hotel manager runs continuously from one corner to another of the hotel trying to resolve problems, supervising and giving orders.
Any upset throws Rollo into sheer desperation and he immediately sees himself as ruined; fortunately for him he has Lockette who each and every time does her utmost to save the day. Rollo show his gratitude to Lockette not by putting up her salary but by giving her new duties, telling her that these duties are a great honor, medals of which to be proud. Rollo is mean to the monkey who he considers to be of no importance and often hurts his feelings.
To save cost, Rollo has reduced his staff to a minimum and has to run the hotel with its many clients together with his two employees Lockette and Guzman. Rollo always puts up a smiling face for his clients, but he is a tyrant towards the pixie and the monkey, who are forced to pass from one job to another.
PopPixie
In "Green Attack", during the carnivorous plant attack, he yelled at Lockette that she would be fired if she did not listen to his orders.
In "Lockette's Secret" he was running his hotel as usual, but then discovered that Lockette had gone to a pastry shop and he also had a conflict with her parents. At the end of the episode, a star falls on his car, which Guzman informs him about and advises him to park the car in the garage.
In "The Perfect Party", he is one of those present at Arsenio and Gypsy's party, which they are throwing on the street of his hotel. He was angry at Martino for disturbing the waiters, since Rollo didn't know they were elves in disguise, so he called the guards to throw Martino out.
In "Saving the Tree of Life!", he was one of the villagers who was captured and tied up in webs by the spiders. He asks them to free him and in exchange he will give them a free hotel room. The spiders tell him to shut up and throw him at the other tied up villagers like a bowling ball.
Comics
In Mr. Rollo the Generous Dwarf, Rollo orders the biggest firecracker from them to grandly open the new wing of Pixie Plaza. Jolly warns him that it could end badly and that the firecracker is dangerous, but Rollo doesn't listen and buys it. It all ends up with Pixie Plaza catching on fire, and Jolly says that the customer's wish is law.
