Hula Hoop is an Aerobic game in the Wii Fit series.
Gameplay
The player must get as many spins out of their hula hoops as possible, in 70 seconds. Starting with one hoop, two Miis in the background will occasionally throw over more hoops for the player to catch, up to a maximum of 5.
Controls
- Stand straight on the Wii Balance Board.
- Sway your hips in a circular motion to keep your hula hoops spinning.
- Lean forward and to the left or right to catch incoming hoops, keeping your hips swaying as you do.

Trivia
- Hula Hoop is the only aerobic exercise to be available in the multiplayer mode in Wii Fit Plus.
- More layers are added to the background music as the player catches more hoops.
- Once the player has 5 hoops in tow, the background Miis will begin swaying their hips with them. The sky will then fade from an aqua-lime gradient to yellow-magenta.
- Speed and stamina is required if you plan to score 300 spins.
- If you drop your hoops, you will get a second chance if the Miis haven't thrown any hoops at you. If they have, the game will end early, with your Mii looking stunned at their feet, then shrugging sadly to the camera.
- For some reason, the hoops are different between the International and Japanese versions.
