Debuting in Wii Fit
- Hula Hoop
- Super Hula Hoop
- Basic Step
- Advanced Step
- Free Step
- Basic Run
- 2-P Run
- Free Run
- Rhythm Boxing
Debuting in Wii Fit Plus
- Island Cycling - Freely ride a bicycle around Wuhu Island.
- Driving Range - The player must hit the ball and get it as close to the hole as possible.
- Rhythm Parade - This consists of marching in a parade while having the rhythm on the Wii Balance Board and coordination with the Wii Remote and the Nunchuk. Discontinued in Wii Fit U.
- Basic Run Plus - Similar to Basic Run, but you always run with a cat. After completing your route, you’ll take a three-question quiz to test your memory of the route. Although it was discontinued in Wii Fit U, it could have served as a replacement for Orienteering.
