Nintendo DS

Nintendo DS is a line of handheld game consoles by Nintendo released through 2004-2009. They have clamshell designs featuring two screens with one being used with a stylus. The DS and DS Lite were simple consoles that could play DS and GBA games, with major online features added to the Nintendo DSi later on. They all share the same multiplayer game network that Wii uses, Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection.

Wii connections

Nintendo Channel also offers downloadable game demos transferred to the DS Download Play app.[2] Nintendo DS consoles can exchange Miis to and from the Mii Channel on supported games, this was utilized again on the Nintendo 3DS. Wii no Ma can also send episodes to be stored on a DSi to be watched portably. Certain games also utilize the console for touchscreen and multiplayer.
