Voltman is a major antagonist in the Demon Seed Arc of the manga series Kinnikuman Nisei.
He is a member of the Demon Seed, the central antagonistic group of the arc.
Biography
Kinnikuman Nisei
Most of Voltman's past is unknown. What is known is that he has the blood of Devil Chojin flowing through his veins. One day, Voltman would be picked by Akuma Shogun to be one of the members of his Demon Seed who would be tasked with reviving him. Voltman would accept this, being grant immense strength.
Voltman would fly over to the other members of the Demon Seed and they would fuse into a cube that would form a staircase at the base of the Yonaguni Monument. The staircase would launch out rocks at nearby humans, potentially killing them. This would lead to Meat going over to the staircase to investigate it after the Demon Seed made an illusion of Mantaro Kinniku on top of the staircase. Once Meat stood on the stairs, the Demon Seed would form arms to grab Meat's body and rip his body apart, telling him that his body will be used to resurrect Akuma Shogun.
The Demon Seed would then bring a set of ruins out of the ocean and enter it, waiting for the Justice Chojin to battle them. Once Mantaro Kinniku entered, Voltman would try to make Mantaro fight him, however, The Constellation would trick Mantaro into fighting him first.
After this, the remaining members of the Demon Seed would spread out across Japan where the pieces of the General Terror statue are located. Voltman, alongside a still old Ashuraman, travelled to Ganryu Island where the ribs of the General Terror statue was. They would wait with Meat's head and one of his legs.
Eventually, Scarface and Kevin Mask would arrive on the island to try and get Meat's body parts back. The two of them and Voltman and Ashuraman would agree to a tag team match, Voltman and Ashuraman would form the tag team named The Demolitions.
Voltman would battle against both Scarface and Kevin Mask on his own as Ashuraman finished transforming back to his younger self who would join Voltman in the tag team match. As soon as Ashuraman joined the fight, he and Voltman would easily manage to beat down the two, the fight ending with Voltman turning his torso into a microwave which would vaporise Scarface, granting The Demolitions the win and letting them keep Meat's head and leg.
The two would then fly away and use their telekinetic powers to rebuild the General Terror statue and wait inside of it for Mantaro Kinniku and Kevin Mask to challenge them.
Powers and Abilities
- Chojin Physiology: As a Chojin, Voltman has immense strength, speed and durability far above most other Chojin who already have the ability to perform superhuman feats. Other abilities that Chojin have that Voltman likely has is the ability to grow to be as large as a building and the ability to fly without wings or thrusters, even in the vacuum of space.
- Electricity Generation: Inside of Voltman's body is a highly advanced battery, this battery allows Voltman to discharge an immense amount of electricity to zap whoever is near him.
- Electrical Apparatus Creation: Voltman is able to make electrical devices from his own body. Voltman is able to turn his own torso into a microwave large enough to fit a person inside of. By blowing on one of his plucked dreadlocks, Voltman can make a lightbulb or the door for Voltman's chest-mounted microwave.
