Qilinman is a minor antagonist in the anime/manga series Kinnikuman.
Biography
Kinnikuman Nisei
Qilinman is one of the three leaders of the dMp, being in charge of the Perfect Chojin part of the faction, taking over when Neptune King was killed.
Qilinman would team up with Shimao, the leader of the Brutal Chojin part of the dMp to try and kill Sunshine. When Check Mate was defeated by Mantaro Kinniku, they tried to kill Sunshine with a spear trap, however, Sunshine had planned for this and had his Devil Chojin attack the dMp base, reducing it to rubble alongside both Qilinman and Shimao.
Kinnikuman Nisei: All Out Assault
In Kinnikuman Nisei: All Out Assault, Qilinman's role is expanded upon.
He would have the dMp kidnap Meat and have Check Mate, Yashamu and Rex King fight against the Justice Chojin trying to save Meat. Once all three are defeated, Qilinman and Shimao would reveal that they had set up a trap to kill whoever tries to save Meat with a spear, Check Mate would try to save Meat and take the spear, but Sunshine would block up with his body. After that, the base begins to explode with everyone but Sunshine escaping.
Qilinman and Shimao would then go around and kidnap three Justice Chojin with their spaceship and brainwash them to fight against the Justice Chojin, picking Jade, Bath the Shower and Captain Macko. They then threaten the Justice Chojin by saying that they would force the brainwashed Justice Chojin to kill all of humanity if they didn't fight them.
Once all three of them are defeated, Qilinman and Shimao were ready to run away but Kevin Mask appeared to apprehend and send them to Chojin Jail.
Powers and Abilities
- Chojin Physiology: As a Chojin, Qilinman has superhuman strength, speed and durability. Other abilities that Chojin have that Qilinman has is the ability to grow to be as large as a building and the ability to fly without wings or thrusters, even in the vacuum of space.
