Biography
Sharku was an expert warg trainer and rider who was in command of a crew of warg riding orcs. Sharku was sent to Isengard by Sauron to aid Saruman in his growing armies. There, Sharku trained wargs and warg riders for conquest.
While watching and feeding his wargs, Sharku is sought out by Saruman. He commands Sharku to summon his warg riders to attack the people of Rohan on their journey to Helms Deep.
After sending a scout ahead to look for the people of Rohan, Sharku and the other warg riders are alerted by the scout. They ride to attack the people, but many are slain. Sharku himself is attacked by Aragorn, whom climbs onto his warg. Though almost knocked off the warg, Aragorn stabs Sharku in the gut and knocks him off the warg. Aragorn himself tumbles off the cliff with the warg.
When discovered by Gimli and Legolas, Sharku is revealed to have survived. Gimli tells Sharku to them of Aragorn’s fate, in which he tells them that he fell off the cliff. He begins to laugh as Legolas grabs him and calls him a liar. The orc then dies of his wounds, and Legolas discovers Arwen's necklace, which seemingly confirms what Sharku said. Aragorn survives his brush with death and heads to Helm's Deep.
