Douga is a minor anti-villainous neutral antagonist later turned supporting character in Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger, serving as the supporting neutral character in the first arcs, before becoming the supporting character for the rest of the series. He is the commander of the Shugodom guards and a personal servant to King Rcules Husty and later Gira Husty.
He was portrayed by Yutaka Moriaka.
Biography
Douga served the rulers of Shugodom for most of his life. During the initial arcs of the season, Douga served as the commander of the King's guard and the loyal stalker to Rcules. Douga acted antagonistic towards Gira and other kings because of their apparent riot against Rcules. However, Douga did this not out of malice, but just because of his loyalty to the royal throne. Also, he has a strong sense of honor and responsibility and never acts smug. Also Douga and his soldiers still acted like enemies to Emperor Desnarak and his Bagnarak invaders.
Later, Douga became suspicious of Rcules leadership and started questioning his master's politics. After Gira becomes king, Douga proves to be truly loyal to him as his faithfulness quickly shifted to Gira. Douga continues to serve the Red Ranger, while also geniunely believing in the peace between Shugodom and other countries. However, Douga proves his loyalty when Rcules returns and tries to usurp the throne together with Dagded Dujardin and Nazume, the commander remains loyal to Gira and explains that Uchu threatened to kill his family should he refuse to serve them. Douga also participates in the final battle between King-Ohgers and Uchu leading the armies of Shugodom against Dujardin and his evil aliens.
