The AI fulfills most menial jobs in Lakeview, from waiting on tables to operating lifts and doors. He is mostly used as a comedy character, being forced to put up with other peoples' antics, and issue official Horizen warnings that fall upon deaf ears.
His appearance is based on the in-universe actor Boris Netherlands, who was paid $1200 to use his likeness. Boris Netherlands also starred in an advertisement for Manana Bread.
