Mina Okui (奥井 美那 Okui Mina) is the younger sister of SolidS' Tsubasa Okui.
Appearance
Mina has the same light blonde hair and golden eyes as her elder brother, and also bears a striking physical resemblance to him in her overall facial structure. Her hair is longer than Tsubasa's however, reaching down to her shoulders, and is accented by a large brown clip.
In her only appearances so far she is seen wearing a simple white shirt accompanied by a long, light brown skirt and a blue coat.
Upon meeting her at the TSUKINO dorms, all the members of the other units (SOARA, Growth, & QUELL) remarked upon how identical her and Tsubasa looked.[1]
Personality
From what little has been seen of Mina so far, she appears to be a kind and intelligent young woman.
In addition to sharing physical similarities with Tsubasa, she also seems to share several of his personality traits too. Predominantly; she is currently quite conflicted about what she wants to do with her life as a lot of different careers seem appealing to her. Tsubasa confessed that prior to settling on being an idol he was much the same, bouncing between different jobs he wanted to pursue.
Along with their shared indecisive nature, the two also seem to be naturally gifted at certain skills; in Mina's case she was shown to be quite athletically gifted and talented at the violin when she was younger. As a result, both Mina and Tsubasa tend to either downplay their talents or give up on the skill entirely so they don't make others they care about feel bad in comparison.[1]
Plot
Mina is a university student, currently finishing her fourth year, though her major is yet to be disclosed. She appears to be somewhat anxious about her upcoming graduation as she seeks out her brother for advice in regards to job hunting.
After talking with Tsubasa and the rest of SolidS she followed the group around for a day to see not only what the idols do for work, but so she could be exposed to a variety of different careers to see if any of them caught her eye. Unfortunately, the experience had the opposite effect and she came away more indecisive than ever because all of the different jobs she saw seemed interesting to her.
Tsubasa reassured her that the day will come where she'll finally find something that calls to her and ignites her passion, and when that day comes she should never let go of it and pursue that goal with everything she has.[1]
