Giles was an ISO who served as an advisor for Ophelia.

History

When Flynn and Tron visit an ISO city (most likely Arjia) to see Ophelia about attacks on the city, Giles does not welcome the two. When Tron mentions "terrorist attacks", Giles becomes offended, and claims that Basics are killing innocent ISOs. Flynn and Tron leave, after receiving an apology from Ophelia.^[1] Giles most likely perished in the Purge.
