Angel is the highest-tier skill in the Wind Master skill tree.
Hold ↑ or W to activate the angel wings and start to glide through the map. While gliding, a blue and white particle effect will trail behind you until you stop holding ↑ or W. Note that while this does keep you from falling at normal speed, you will still slowly descend.
Sometimes it won't activate until some time has passed, so make sure it's activated first before or you'll fall to your death.
This skill is very useful when combined with the tier 5 Wind Master skill Acrobat, as you can cast while hovering over a pit without falling to your death.
Divine mode shamans have angel wings; however these are cosmetic and are not functional unless they have the skill unlocked.
Trivia
An unused skill icon with the ID 19 exists in the server files; it looks like the Angel skill icon but with a mouse in the bottom-right corner.
