789 SURVIVAL

789 SURVIVAL is a reality survival show created by TADA Entertainment. It premiered on May 26, 2023 and aired every Friday at 9:15PM ICT on One 31.

History

On August 15, 2022, 789 AUDITION opened their SNS accounts. On the same day they announced that they were opening auditions for any boys born between 2001 and 2009 to finalize their trainee line-up, which already consisted of 14 trainees. The auditions would be held from August 15 until September 25.^[1]

Starting from August 16, they started introducing the fourteen trainees that were already revealed, starting with Khunpol.^[2]

On December 17, they introduced the ten more trainees, starting with Thai.^[3]

The trainees are set to compete for the Class 9 position. The remaining 8 will be on Class 8. Class 8 will have solo lines for the 2nd section of the song, as the Class 7 will have shared lines on the 2nd section of the song.

Results

Ranking

First Ranking Consist of Vocal Mission, having 35% for the T-Pop Round and 15% for the International Song Round with total of 50%. The Third mission plays another 50%, Playing another 35% for K-Pop Round and 15% for International, summation of 100% for the Final Ranking.

Note: Supposed to be an elimination round. Jay was saved by Top Performer Benefit . Frame and Pech were Saved by Extra Life Benefit on Episode 6 (Thai also won Extra Life Benefit). However after deliberations, Cheese was therefore not eliminated on Episode 6 and will proceed on the next round.

Aftermath

• The final twelve officially debuted as BUS on December 6, 2023.
