Strategy

  • While not having incredible DPS nor the best multi-target capabilities, Keith is incredibly cost efficient and has a relatively high limit, making him a viable early game option.
  • His attack trajectory makes him best placed on straight lines, like near the start of the path on Radiant Reef.
    • This placement can be further optimised on Raid Maps.

Trivia

KEITHConceptArt
  • Keith was originally supposed to use some sort of grapple to hold and use his boomerangs instead of his hand, but it was later scrapped.
  • Keith's boomerangs count as enemies in order to make them work as physical projectiles, giving them the ability to return and pierce.
    • The makes it so the Hide Enemies option in settings affects them.
    • Maitake used to be able to heal Keith's boomerangs because they were considered as friendly summons. This was fixed shortly after the start of the Easter 2022 Update.
    • His boomerangs were affected by wave HP scaling which caused him to do more damage than intended on later waves, ultimately making the tower overpowered. This was fixed in the Christmas 2022 Update.
  • He was the third tower to be buffed a day after release, with the first being Beetrice and the second being Yasuke.
  • He is one of the cheapest towers in the game, costing only 9,880 to be maxed out.
  • Before it was fixed, the stats of Keith didn't state that he gained hidden detection at any level, however he does.
