History
In Metropolis, Conner broke out of Cadmus Laboratories, taking with him Krypto.[1][2]
Metropolis is the home of S.T.A.R. Labs and where the Titans live while they fight May Bennett/Mother Mayhem in season 4.
One of its prisons, Metropolis Detention Center, is equipped to detain Kryptonians.[3]
