The Ticket Stub is a clue in the Freakshow Fire clue collection. It can be found by Kaitlyn in the Camp Lodge during Chapter 10 of The Quarry.

Location
In order for the clue to appear, Kaitlyn must fail the second and third QTEs while hiding from Bobby in Chapter 5 and then shoot the table he picks up.
