T-650

During the Future War, Skynet developed the T-650 Infiltrator from the T-600. As a primitive Infiltrator model, the T-650 is covered with Rubber skin, making it easy for the Resistance soldiers to spot.

Specification

The T-650 is basically a T-600 covered with rubber skin and clothes and therefore shared the same abilities and drawbacks with its predecessor. The T-650 is able to imitate human speech as one unit led Jacob Rivers to an ambush by pretending to be a child in distress.[1]

History

The T-650 was developed in 2013. 2 years after the T-600 was introduced. They were Skynet's first Infiltrator model, covered in Rubber skin. Unfortunately for Skynet, T-650s were easily spotted and distinguishable by the Resistance, hence every T-650 infiltration mission failed. As time went on, T-650 units were then deployed as regular infantry, despite being Infiltrators. It was through this shortcoming that Skynet eventually developed the T-800 and later T-850 Terminators, which were covered in real human tissue and very hard to distinguish as a machine. Like T-600s, T-650s were still deployed by Skynet late in the war.

By 2029, like the Series 600, the T-650 was considered to be obsolete and was out of production, sightings of such models were quite rare and their rubber covering and clothes were damaged, showing the endoskeleton beneath, they were also prone to malfunction and like their predecessors were no longer connected to Skynet.[1]
