WN:Velzard

Velzard ｢ヴェルザード, veruzādo｣ is the second-born of the True Dragons, known as the Frost Dragon ｢白氷竜, hakuhyōryū, lit. "White Ice Dragon"｣. She's the world's Enforcer ｢調律者, chōritsu-sha｣, charged with guiding the world in-place of her brother Veldanava.^[1]

Appearance

Velzard appears as a beautiful and petite woman with an icy doll-like atmosphere. She has pure white hair and blue-diamond eyes that shine with a mysterious glow. Her lips are a scarlet crimson, which contrast against her pale-white skin and all-white dress.^[2] When she gets serious her hair starts to curl up, imitating the wild winds of a blizzard.^[3]

In addition to her human form, she is capable of reverting back into her original dragon mode. In this state she has the appearance of a colossal dragon with its entire body covered in pearl-white scales, her deep blue eyes occasionally glowing bright red in response to her emotions.^[4]

Personality

Velzard, though appearing icy on the surface, has a deeply caring and usually kind personality. She is noted as keeping her head cool in any situation, calmly analyzing things objectively in any situation with her steel-like will.^[4] However, she is still a person and isn't immune to feeling wicked emotions like anger and jealousy, a weakness that was exploited by Velda and allowed him to put her under Michael's Ultimate Dominion without any resistance.
