Having an intelligent and gentle speech and conduct, he has a mysterious aura.
Known as the『Dark Master』, while being an android himself, he develops unlicensed androids.

Trivia
- Nobel's serial number is unknown, but there is a possibility of his first two alphabets to be NO, referring to No (Nobelium) from periodic table of elements.
- His original quote mentions『...調和であり「調べ」だ』which was translated as "search in balance".
This kinda got lost in translation because in Japanese, 調和 (chouwa) means "harmony / balance", while the 調 from the word can be used as 調べ (shirabe) meaning "to search / investigate".

Backstory
In Episode 9, when asked by Esora, he revealed himself to be a support android created by the late Hakushū Shibaura.
Appearances
- In Episode 2, he appeared as a mysterious choreographer who then taught KNoCC how to dance to IDempty.
- In Episode 3, he appeared as a professor or some sort from the hospital and help hinting Esora Shibaura on what to do for KNoCC.
- In Episode 4, he appeared as a new Denta Park attraction cast and showed KNoCC their way to the job. Showing Solo who resembles Kei resembles to along the way.
- In Episode 5, he appeared as a librarian, recommended and gave a book about Animal Behaviors written by Rindo Canto to Chrom.
- In Episode 6, he appeared as an untidy art student, played a 3D projector which showed the Nameless Artist's painting, catching Neon's attention.
Trivia
- His VA (Kenji Nojima)'s son, Toya Nojima voiced one of the university students in Episode 6.
- He is shown to be capable of hacking or data manipulating.
- Though vague, his serial number from his official name introduction in Episode 9 shows NO-1110HS.
- Both in anime and manga he stated that he was modelled after Hakushū Shibaura and is to carry out his orders.
