Players with the item in question can continue using it, but you cannot obtain this item anymore, outside of limited-time promotional sales.

This emote was obtainable at Rank 2 of the Event Season Pass, which cost 
225 Solar Shards or 
75 at that rank. The total cost was 375 Solar Shards or 125.
