Candy Throw has been made unobtainable from the game as of the 26th of January 2022 as it was part of the Solar Eclipse Event.
Players with the item in question can continue using it, but you cannot obtain this item anymore, outside of limited-time promotional sales.

Description
Candy Throw is an emote that could have been obtained through the Solar Eclipse Season Pass. It was created by BelowNatural. The emote is looped and no music can be heard while performing the emote. You can move while performing this emote.
This emote was obtainable at Rank 5 in regards to the Event Season Pass, which would cost 
450 Solar Shards or 
175 at that rank. The total cost to obtain the emote was 1,475 Solar Shards or 575.
Trivia
- As suggested by the inventory description, the candy bucket is the Jaxe's head turned into a candy bucket after its defeat. It has been carved to fit the candy inside.
