God Cube

"Shattered pieces scattered around the universe and time has lead to an upbringing of super natural beings."
God Cube Fragments UGC Accessory Description

Description

The God Cube is the prime object of focus within the Tower Defense Simulator storyline. Its existence is enigmatic, with its origins and purpose being unknown.

Upon contact with the God Cube, primarily through absorption into the body, living beings will become corrupted by its power. The being's form will mutate, resulting in physical mutation and a significant increase in power.

Hosts

"Hosts" are beings that have been corrupted by the God Cube. The effects of the God Cube on life are not uniform, as each host mutates differently. The only distinguishable similarity among hosts is physical empowerment.

Currently, only nine hosts are shown within the canon of Tower Defense Simulator.

Patient Zero

Patient Zero was a former human scientist working for Oasis X Enterprise laboratories. Patient Zero's personal ideology is what led him to host the God Cube's power. He believed that mankind has been a blight on the face of the Earth, and wishes to see nature thrive without the presence of humans.

His mission to rid the world of humanity started with his experiments. Through the creation, or discovery, of two chemical compounds known as "00" and "Rain", he was able to transform his laboratory co-workers and other people into violent, inhuman monsters for the sole purpose of genocide. However, he was displeased with the results of his initial experiments.

At some point, Patient Zero acquired a God Cube fragment, using it in his zombification formula to reach his desired results. Patient Zero tested the newly enhanced compounds on himself. The effects of the original formula were combined with the God Cube's mutagenic properties, transforming Patient Zero into a host.

Fallen King

The Fallen King is the leader of The Fallen Kingdom. He and his people originate from the voidlands, a mysterious realm which nothing is known about. The Fallen King and his army have fought against T.D.S. multiple times throughout the organization's history.

The Fallen King's goal is to start the "apocalypse", which could either entail the conquering or destruction of the overworld. His attempts at vanquishing the T.D.S. Organization have fallen short, as the agency seems to prove itself a worthy foe for the fallen army.

At some point, a Fallen Hazmat returns to the kingdom, bearing a newly acquired God Cube fragment. The Fallen King is presumed to empower himself with it; however, no visible mutations make themselves known in his gameplay debut. It is only after Hidden Wave is activated that the Fallen King is transformed into a host, as a mysterious entity "awakens" the king after he was seemingly defeated.

It is unknown why the Fallen King chose not to, or could not, use the God Cube fragment after its acquisition.

Krampus

In Germanic folklore, Krampus is a goat demon that punishes disobedient children during Christmas time. In game, Krampus is represented with goat hooves and horns, but it is unclear if the rest of his appearance is representative of his "demon" characteristic.

Krampus' motives are unknown. His first appearance in the storyline of Tower Defense Simulator was his debut in the Christmas 2019 Event, where he and his forces invaded the Village of Despair. Krampus was defeated by the T.D.S. Organization, however, he somehow managed to escape the agency's wrath.

After his initial defeat, Krampus managed to acquire a fragment of the God Cube. However, he was not fully corrupted into a host, as he did not consume the fragment. Rather, Krampus used the fragment in his staff to power his abilities.

Krampus returned to execute revenge by using the God Cube fragment to brainwash Santa Claus' elves against him. The T.D.S. Organization was made aware of Krampus' reappearance, and dispatched agents to defeat him, this time for good.

The Umbra

The Umbra was a former human who lived in a town called Eclipsed Village in the near past. Her life was not a peaceful one, as she was wanted for witchcraft, subsequently being hunted down by the Executioner and the village knights.

She managed to escape the village with the help of her sorcerer friend, who we now know as Penumbras. The Umbra escaped into the nearby forest, where she encountered the God Cube. Being mysteriously allured to the cube, she embraced it, taking on its full power. The God Cube was destroyed after this, being shattered into many fragments across space and time.

Now corrupted into a host, The Umbra decided to return to her village to rescue Penumbras, and enact revenge on everyone who tried to hurt them. The Executioner was killed by The Umbra. The Umbra and Penumbras soon depart from their village.

After a certain amount of time later in her life, The Umbra organizes The Dark Sun, using her new forces to conquer realms in search of scattered God Cube fragments to add to her power. With each consumption of a new shard, The Umbra's form becomes unrecognizable from what it used to be.

The Umbra's search for the fragments led her to return to the overworld, where she commanded the Jack O' Bot to uncover and retrieve the fragment she detected in the realm.

Much time later, The Umbra initiates the conquering or total destruction of the overworld. It is not known whether she has remained in the overworld after the Jack O' Bot's defeat, or has returned once again. The Umbra constructed, if not took over Totality Tower as a base of operations for The Dark Sun. After Jaxe and the Swamp Monster were defeated, the T.D.S. Organization took the offensive to Totality Tower, where The Umbra and the rest of her forces were soon defeated.

Penumbras

Penumbras, like The Umbra, was a former human that lived in Eclipsed Village in the near past; he and The Umbra were close friends. Penumbras was a sorcerer, being able to manifest ghostly blue flames from his hands.

When The Umbra was being witch-hunted by the village knights, Penumbras stepped in to protect her. He successfully bought enough time for The Umbra to escape the village, however, he was defeated by the knights, and was tied up on a stake.

When The Umbra returned to the village, Penumbras was rescued by her. Afterward, Penumbras vowed to be by The Umbra's side, no matter what path she took.

It is presumed that later in his life, Penumbras partook in the God Cube's power like The Umbra, being completely transformed by it. As The Umbra organized The Dark Sun, Penumbras became the head knight of her forces.

When The Dark Sun threatened the existence of the overworld, Penumbras oversaw the protection of Totality Tower from the T.D.S. Organization's forces. Penumbras deployed himself onto the battlefield in an attempt to finally crush the agents, however, he was defeated.

In a leaked plot point for the Lunar Overture Event, Penumbras was intended to survive the Solar Eclipse Event, where he now dedicated the rest of his life in searching for God Cube fragments to rebuild the God Cube as a means to revive The Umbra. The Narrator eventually caught wind of Penumbras' doings, where he either killed or stopped him, taking the rebuilt God Cube in the process. This would possibly explain the presence of the God Cube in the center of The Great Finale. However, this plot never came to be as it was scrapped, probably due to time restraints.

Titus

Titus is one of the members of a cult known as the Children of Exo. While he is a human, his body is modified to support a mechanical right arm that can shoot a life-sucking beam from it.

During the Hexscape Event, Titus and the Children of Exo set up a base of operations at the ruins of what used to be Eclipsed Village, which is now the property of a mining company. The Children of Exo attempt to set up an interdimensional connection to Lord Exo's prison realm using a device known as the "artificial God Cube". However, the T.D.S. Organization uncovers their plans, and Titus attempts to hold back the T.D.S. agents long enough for the portal to finish opening.

While Titus is defeated, the portal finished its activation sequence, dragging him and the T.D.S. agents through it. The portal, however, did not have a secure connection to Lord Exo, and they were rerouted to the hex realm instead. It is unknown what activities Titus was up to inside this dimension.

After the Conserver was defeated by the T.D.S. agents, the Primordial Drakobloxxer was unleashed, letting off a cascade of corrupted energy from the God Cube fragment it hosted. Titus is presumed to have been caught in the blast of energy, as he was corrupted by the fragment.

Titus returned to the overworld in Containment, seeking vengeance against the T.D.S. agents, however, he was defeated yet again.

Conserver

The Conserver is one of the many hex beings that reside within the hex realm. Given its title, the Conserver dedicated its existence to keeping either the Primordial Drakobloxxer, or the God Cube fragment it hosted, imprisoned within the hex realm.

The Conserver first made its appearance in the Hexscape Event, when the T.D.S. agents were dragged into The Nightmare Realm. The Conserver, having previously encountered the Children of Exo who had also entered the realm, acted hostile toward the stranded agents, beckoning them to leave. The Conserver's appearance shows it wearing the artificial God Cube on its back, suggesting that the device was also dragged into the portal at the end of Failed Gateway, or was taken by the Children of Exo into the realm.

As the T.D.S. agents defended themselves from the attacking hex monsters, the Conserver becomes enraged and faces the agents itself. The Conserver attempted to destroy them, but was defeated.

Upon the Conserver's defeat, the Primordial Drakobloxxer was unleashed, causing the Conserver to become corrupted by the energy given off by the God Cube fragment it hosted. The Conserver returns as the Corrupted Conserver in Containment, where he was promptly defeated by the on-duty T.D.S. agents.

Primordial Drakobloxxer

The Primordial Drakobloxxer is a being that resided within The Nightmare Realm. It is unknown whether the Primordial Drakobloxxer was native to that realm, or if it originated from another realm and was kept imprisoned there by the Conserver. It is unknown why the Conserver kept the Primordial Drakobloxxer imprisoned.

The Dispatcher mentioned that the Primordial Drakobloxxer, and likewise "drakobloxxers" as a species, were only thought to be legendary monsters belonging to myth. This suggests that other drakobloxxers could have interacted with humans and the overworld in the past.

The Primordial Drakobloxxer made its first appearance in the Hexscape Event, where it entered the overworld in Containment. The on-duty T.D.S. agents managed to defeat the monster, and attempted to secure the God Cube fragment it hosted, however, the Children of Exo showed up last second to steal the fragment away.

It is unknown how the Primordial Drakobloxxer came in possession of a God Cube fragment, and why it chose not to consume it. In gameplay, the Primordial Drakobloxxer's second phase caused it to adopt a purple color scheme, suggesting that it is becoming corrupted by the fragment. However, this second phase does not appear within cinematic material.

Haz3mn

Haz3mn is presumed to be the leader or governing force of the Pls Donate realm. One day, as Haz3mn was walking through his realm, he stumbled upon a God Cube fragment. Curious about the mysterious artifact, Haz3mn touched it, transforming him into Corrupted Haz3mn.

Haz3mn used his newfound power to begin creating "fake accounts". These fake accounts threatened the stability of the Pls Donate realm, as if they reached the Robux pile in the center, the realm's economy would collapse.

The T.D.S. Organization dispatched a team of agents to stop Corrupted Haz3mn and his fake accounts. Corrupted Haz3mn was defeated, and the God Cube fragment he hosted was secured by the T.D.S. agents.

Frost Spirit

The Frost Spirit, according to its Index entry, is one of the most powerful entities to exist in the frost realm. The Frost Spirit leads its own sort of cult or religion, its followers are made up of the Crying Angels, Frost Mages and other members part of the Frost Spirit's army.

During the Operation I.C.E Event, the Children of Exo ventured into the frost realm, entering the Frost Spirit's castle to awaken it from its chamber using the God Cube fragment they took from the Primordial Drakobloxxer at the end of Containment.

Now absorbing a portion of the God Cube's power, the Frost Spirit became a host. It was ordered by the Children of Exo to destroy the T.D.S. Organization. The Frost Spirit traveled to the overworld to fulfill its order, but was defeated by T.D.S.

NerdDuck

The Nerd Duck, as he is referred to, is the son of Ducky D00M, and is the de facto leader of the ducks.

When his father was defeated during the Spring 2020 Event, the Nerd Duck enacted revenge on his behalf during the Duck Hunt Event. With his army of ducks, they attacked the T.D.S. Organization, stealing their harvest in the process. They were defeated by T.D.S., and the Nerd Duck escaped back to the duck realm.

Inside the duck realm, the ducks were beginning to starve as the portal inside the giant toilet was shut off, no longer bringing them food. The Nerd Duck, checking in on the portal once more, stumbled upon a God Cube fragment laying near it. He decided that it could be used for their benefit, and had another version of the Ducky D00M robot constructed, along with a bunny mech suit which was powered by the God Cube fragment in hopes to fight T.D.S. once more.

After Professor V had acquired the Children of Exo's portal keycard, a team of T.D.S. agents were sent into the duck realm to recover the God Cube fragment they detected. Unfortunately for them, the ducks were ready to strike with their newly created weapons. The agents managed to prevail, with the Nerd Duck being defeated once more.

It was at this time that Professor V came to meet the Nerd Duck, remarking at his engineering prowess. Professor V offered the Nerd Duck an alliance with the T.D.S. Organization in exchange for the ducks being fed. The Nerd Duck agreed.

Story

The storyline regarding the God Cube is very fragmented. Events listed before or after another do not give them a definitive place on the time line, and most ordering of events is arbitrary.

In the near past, the God Cube appeared in the forest outside Eclipsed Village through unknown means. The Umbra takes on the power of the God Cube, becoming a host. The God Cube is destroyed in the process, shattering into various fragments across space and time.

At some point in Penumbras' life, he consumes a God Cube fragment and becomes a host.

Patient Zero manages to acquire a God Cube fragment to use in his zombification formula. He tests the formula on himself, and is turned into a host.

A servant of the Fallen Kingdom finds a God Cube fragment and returns it to the Fallen King. It is unknown what purpose the Fallen King used the fragment for prior to his awakening during the activation of the Hidden Wave.

At some point in time between his initial defeat and reappearance, Krampus discovers a God Cube fragment. The Cube was then used to mind control Santa Claus' elves into serving Krampus himself.

When the Primordial Drakobloxxer was unleashed because of the Conserver's defeat in the hex realm, it released a vast amount of corrupted energy that was absorbed by Titus and the Conserver, transforming them into hosts. The Children of Exo steals the God Cube fragment from the Primordial Drakobloxxer after it was defeated.

The T.D.S. Organization intervenes in the Pls Donate realm, trying to stop Corrupted Haz3mn from destroying the realm after he was corrupted into a host by a God Cube fragment.

The Children of Exo used their newly procured God Cube fragment to awaken the Frost Spirit, commanding it to destroy the T.D.S. Organization at Outpost 32. The Frost Spirit was defeated by the T.D.S. Organization.

A God Cube fragment is detected in the duck realm. Agents are dispatched for retrieval into the realm, but encounter the ducks using it for their dastardly machinations. The ducks are fought against, and the Nerd Duck is defeated, later being recruited to work with T.D.S. by Professor V.
