Behind the scenes
In non-valid sources

Trumpton, part of Trumptonshire, was a town which contained a greengrocer, J. Clamp & Son, and a fire station, Trumpton Fire Station. It was seemingly run by a mayor.
A young boy once walked through, arriving from Camberwick Green, telling the story of a broadcasting corporation. He was given a flower by Mrs Cobbit, for which he thanked her, before walking over to the Trumpton Fire Department, where Captain Flack was starting a roll call. After Flack blew his whistle, the boy performed a roll call on the various members of the Trumpton Fire Station before giving a salute and entering Chigley.
