Flack

Captain Flack was the human commander of the Trumpton Fire Brigade.

Biography

Outside the Trumpton Fire Station, Flack blew his whistle to start a roll call when a young boy walked through, performing the roll call himself. (TV: Future Generations ^[+]Children in Need (BBC1, 1998).)
