Biography
Pingu was riding his scooter through Toyland near Morph, Big Ears, and PC Plod when Noddy drove through in his car, with a boy in the passenger seat. Pingu stopped his scooter and turned to where Noddy had gone, saying "Noot, noot!". (TV: Future Generations)
