One of the four characters in the television show Teletubbies was green.
He was featured in one episode, where the other Teletubbies, including a purple one, a red one, and a yellow one, gathered around the television on his stomach, which depicted a group of children. (TV: The Sound of Drums)

Dipsy once leant over to watch Po's belly with the rest of the Teletubbies, which was displaying a video of a young boy in an area of grass. They themselves were being watched on a small screen by the boy. (TV: Future Generations [+]Children in Need (BBC1, 1998).)
