Briana Goodchild is a contestant from Australian Survivor: Blood v Water.
Starting off on the Water tribe, Briana came into this season wanting to play a hard and strategic game straight off the bat. From Day 1, she established a bond with her fellow tribemate Shay Lajoie. At their first Tribal Council, after a failed attempt at targeting Chrissy Zaremba due to her perceived challenge weakness, Briana quickly found herself at the minority of her tribe. Briana's luck soon ran out as her tribemates began viewing her as being "too intense". Prior to their second Tribal Council, Briana once again campaigned to vote Chrissy off; however, a blindside, carefully crafted by Khanh Ong, resulted in Briana instead, being voted off in a 9-2 split.

What is your biggest fear on Survivor?
Not playing a big enough game. The last thing I want to be is boring – simply not my flavour. I show up to play!
How do you think the experience will bring you closer?
I think it's quite hard for Dad and I to be any closer but I think it will, I think it will be a once in a lifetime thing that we'll always share.[1]

Briana was initially placed on the Water tribe, with her father David Goodchild was assigned to Blood. Early on, Briana found an ally in Shay Lajoie, as Shay shared with her a clue she found for the Hidden Immunity Idol. Both looked for a second clue, which was found by fellow tribemate Chrissy Zaremba. After the Water tribe lost the first immunity challenge, Briana and Shay figured that the idol is hidden at Tribal Council. At Tribal Council, however, Chrissy found the idol before Shay. Despite Briana publicly targeting Chrissy as she saw her as the weakest, she voted with the majority to blindside Andy Meldrum.
After unsuccessfully targeting Chrissy, Briana found herself at the minority. Other tribemates saw her playing too hard, noticeably Khanh Ong, who caught her looking for a possible idol clue in a fishing tool box they won at a reward challenge. After losing the second immunity challenge, Khanh managed to rally the majority of the tribe against Brianna, including Shay, thus eliminating Briana on Day 5.
