Mahvas are enemies from the Kid Icarus series.
In Super Smash Bros. 3DS/Wii U
Mahvas appear as enemies in Smash Run. They do not attack, but cast protective shields around themselves and other enemies. The barrier is impassable and pushes characters upon contact the barrier starts out blue but after repeated hits it turns yellow, then red and it finally shatters leaving the Mahva vulnerable and attempting to run away. If left alone long enough the barrier will regenerate at full strength.
Trophy Description
A strange, fishlike thing that shrouds itself in a large, spherical barrier. When it sees one of its allies, it extends the barrier to protect them as well. As you attack the barrier, it'll slowly change color until it finally breaks. Finish it off before it does to nab yourself some defense stat boosts!
