These keys are purchased at the Zen Store and can be used to unlock special Lock Boxes. You can find lock boxes by defeating enemies. They can also be claimed directly from this item!
Lock boxes have a chance to give you extraordinary rewards, such as unique gear, costumes, duty officers, or even rare starships! Additionally, every lockbox opened will give Lobi Crystals, which can be used to purchase costumes, starships, weapons, and more!
These keys will open any lock box, so you can save them for future lock boxes.
Values do not reflect skills or other modifiers
This item can be activated to open a store that allows you to claim the currently running lockboxes for free.

A Master Key is used to unlock a single Lock Box. Lock Boxes can be found during gameplay, either from completing missions, as a drop from enemies, or purchased from the Dilithium Store, Zen Store, and the Exchange.
Master Keys can be purchased from the Zen Store for 125
for one, 1125 for 10, or 2250 for the 20 Key Ring Bundle[1] which includes 20.
