Flare is a common ground device that illuminates an area of the ground. It is a mission reward from “Tenebris Torquent”.
Item description
This flare can be placed on the ground to provide lighting which illuminates stealth foes, obscures allies from foes and provides a source of lighting to deter stealth. Obscured allies have an increased chance to dodge, making them harder to target.
These flares were initially utilized in the underground cavern of a planet within the Havas-Kul system.
