Arlene was a rogue Vau N'Akat, trader, artifact and bounty hunter in command of the Jade Fox in the late 24th century. (Star Trek: Phoenix-X)
History
Sometime in the late 24th century, Arlene was ejected from a Vau N'Akat time-travel event, leaving her with no memories of herself or what happened. Instead of investigating, she opted to move on with her life.
In 2393, Arlene had befriended Zeta and BOK and was tracking valuable artifacts, bounty hunting and trading while in command of the repossessed, unaffiliated Ferengi D'Kora-class Jade Fox. When another artifact led to her to Covalesence in search of the Breen Amakun, Night Seifer of the USS Phoenix-X joined her and helped find and release the Amaku entity. ("Archaeological Anarchy")
