The Power Jar is an artifact created by the Wailing Sisters of Witchery World under the guidance of the Dinosaur King of Dinotown. The glass jar was brought into existence when the dinosaur ghost required a way of reaching the Skyrock Mountains so that they could conquer the living worlds. The jar, originally placed on a table beneath the staircase, conjured the stepping stones and an image of the whole staircase can also be seen within the glass.
Some time later, the King moved the jar into his personal chambers, sure that nobody could destroy it if it was under his watchful eye. Despite this, Shion arrived and stole it, before carrying it up the staircase and dropping it from the mountains. The jar was presumably destroyed and the staircase tumbled to the ground with the King still on it.
