Outer Ordinary Event Research (O.O.E.R.) is an agency dedicated to investigating the paranormal and downright weird happenings on Mobius. The only known agent to date is Harry Mole.
History
The only case so far solved by O.O.E.R. is that of the Veg-Heads. Agent Mole was sent to the Plowright Zone amid reports of a disturbance in the town. Mole first interviewed Wallace and Doris, although only their mother was able to tell him that her lambs had seen something in the night. Mole then questioned Farmer Nige, whose vegetables had disappeared while he was asleep. The pair soon learned that the food had mutated into a sentient army, led by King Edward. A passing Sonic the Hedgehog helped in the investigation, taking Mole to the Chemical Plant Zone where a leaky pipe had allowed chemicals to flow into the Plowright Zone's crops. Before an angry mob could cook the vegetables, Nige agreed to allow them a plot of his land to live on, providing they behaved. Following this, Mole closed the case and prepared to head back to headquarters.
In his next appearance, Mole no longer worked for O.O.E.R., moving on to become a private investigator. O.O.E.R. was never mentioned again.
