Zast Tri'vak was a Lannik male senator of the Galactic Republic who represented Lannik. He was suspected of having ties to the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars between the two factions. Investigating the politician, Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker and Senator Padmé Amidala went undercover on the luxury starcruiser Halcyon to see if he was joining the Separatists and cut off Republic supply routes. During the mission, Skywalker duelled Dark Acolyte Asajj Ventress. When a Hutt questions the matter, Tri'vak tried to convince the Hutt that he has information on both the Separatists and Republic that can be of use to him, but with this, Ventress stabs the Lannik through the chest with her lightsaber and he’s no longer of use to her.[2]
