Sabercats were dangerous felines found on the planet Lothal[1] that preyed on Loth-cat kittens.[3] They used the grass of Lothal's grasslands as cover while hunting herbivores.[2]
Behind the scenes
The sabercat was a horned feline species that first appeared in the Star Wars Legends comic Star Wars (1977) 36. The creature itself was first mentioned in canon in Ultimate Star Wars.
