Ros was an Imperial Navy commander who acted as the captain of the carrier Goliath[1] in 14 BBY.[2] The Goliath spent time at a dock at Ord Mantell before it arrived at Nam Chorios under Ros' command to aid Moff Wilhuff Tarkin and Darth Vader in defending the planet from a possible attack by a rebel group.[1]
