Piercing

A piercing was jewelry or another item worn pierced through the skin on the body part. Body parts that could be pierced included ears^[1] and chests.^[2]

Darth Maul had a cartilage piercing in his left ear.^[1] The Hassk Snarl had piercings in his ears and on his nose ridge, and the Weequay Drell had two piercings in his right eyebrow.^[3]
