Phelar was a city located on the Outer Rim world of Eriadu.[1] During the reign of the Galactic Empire, Eris Harro, Bureau Chief of the HoloNet News Outer Rim Node, held office in Phelar.[3] The city also housed an Imperial Junior Academy.[1]
