Palok was a senator in the Galactic Empire's Imperial Senate.[1] Around 19 BBY,[2] Hasalia Prederiko, the chief financial officer for the company General Trade Galactic and an agent of the Crymorah Syndicate, offered to prevent Imperial Intelligence from monitoring Senator Mon Mothma if she provided the names of other individuals for them to watch instead. Mothma later accepted the offer, and named Palok's Chief of Staff, Ungol Ungrave, as well as the aide Raave Galdon and the senators Bail Organa and Erashe. Prederiko responded that the names she had listed may not be enough, and Mothma provided another name, Senator Lud Morrai.[1]

Palok was mentioned in the 2025 novel Reign of the Empire: The Mask of Fear, written by Alexander Freed as the first installment of the Star Wars: Reign of the Empire trilogy.[1]
