An omelette[3] or omelet[2] was a dish made by breaking eggs. Agent Terex of the First Order once threatened to make the largest omelet in the galaxy by destroying the mysterious giant egg that the Crèche believed would one day hatch a savior.[2] Geejaw omelettes were omelettes inncluding the geejaw[4] reptavian of Endor.[5] Rolled Omelet was a type of breakfast dish served on board the MPO-1400 Purgill-class star cruiser Halcyon[6] in 34 ABY.[7]
