Moogans were a sentient humanoid species native to the planet Mooga. They had slender builds with long limbs and a long neck[1] as well as bright green blood.[3]
There existed a type of tea called Moogan tea.[4]
Behind the scenes
The Moogans first appeared in Star Wars: The Clone Wars television series, during the program's third season, which originally aired in 2010. The species' name and a brief backstory were provided by the StarWars.com episode guide for The Clone Wars episode "Corruption."[1]
The clothing of Tee Va's group of Moogans resembles that of the ancient Egyptians, especially their pharaoh-like metallic headdresses.[2]
